The Association of the Real Estate Industry Stuttgart e.V. (IWS), around the managing director Bettina Fuchs, has awarded this week for the 9th time the IWS ImmobilienAward Metropolitan Region Stuttgart.
The award recognizes significant properties and projects from the Stuttgart Metropolitan Region that stand out in design, economy, technology, or ecology and are highly innovative.
The venue was the listed "Old Riding Hall", which is integrated into Stuttgart's Maritim hotel complex as a banqueting hall.
I had an entertaining evening in Stuttgart, where impressive properties were awarded.
As a broker, it was also a matter of concern for clients of mine to exchange views with project developers on current investment properties in Germany because of ESG.
