Urban Land Institute Summer Celebration in Hamburg

This week, I attended the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Summer Celebration in Hamburg. The event was held for ULI members at the offices of international commercial law firm Taylor Wessing, located in the Columbus Haus. This property is part of the HIH Real Estate portfolio in Hamburg's harbor district, near the Elbphilharmonie concert hall.

ULI events combine professionalism with networking opportunities. The summer party in Hamburg was another successful example of this. The personal atmosphere at Taylor Wessing, combined with the view of the Elbe from the roof terrace, provided the ideal setting for discussions and further assessments of market developments. The overall mood was cautiously optimistic.

Particularly impressive at the start of the event was the rare opportunity to experience the apartments in the Elbphilharmonie from the inside. The direct view of the harbor and the interplay of light, glass, and water made it possible to experience the exceptional quality of this property immediately. Architecture, location, and atmosphere come together perfectly here.
