ULI meets McDermott 2025 in Frankfurt

Each summer, the same question arises in Frankfurt: Who has the most beautiful terrace in the city? This question belongs to summer, as the skyline belongs to the city. The international commercial law firm McDermott Will & Emery is clearly one of the favorites.


At the annual summer event organized by McDermott Will & Emery and the Urban Land Institute, I once again had the opportunity to see this for myself. The industry met to exchange ideas on one of Frankfurt's most beautiful rooftop terraces. The importance of professional networks is particularly evident in phases of increased market complexity.


The discussions centered on adjusting investment strategies, implementing longer decision-making processes, and an increased focus on valuable existing properties. International investors are increasingly turning their attention to European markets, where price corrections have already occurred. The overall mood was cautiously optimistic.

We use the website building system of Wix HQ, 6350671, Nemal Tel Aviv St 40, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel ("Wix") for the purpose of hosting and displaying the website based on processing on our behalf. All data collected on our website is processed on Wix's servers. As part of the aforementioned services provided by Wix, data may also be transferred to Wix Inc., 500 Terry A. Francois Boulevard, San Francisco, California 94158, USA, as part of further processing on our behalf. In the case of data transfer to Wix in Israel, the adequate level of data protection is guaranteed by an adequacy decision of the European Commission. Furthermore, your IP address is logged and stored.
