Ranking median top multipliers in the top7-cities
The median figures for the top multipliers in the seven main metropolitan areas of Berlin, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Cologne, Munich, and Stuttgart show similar trends, with values that are predominantly lower than average. Residential trades at a higher median than commercial, too. Compared with the averages, it is noticeable that the median of inner-city retail properties is higher and at the same level as office properties. The gap to logistics properties is also larger.
