Presentation of the immobilienmanager Award 2024
I was a guest at the annual immobilienmanager Awards ceremony in Cologne this week. It was the 16th edition of the prestigious award ceremony, where more than 500 executives and decision-makers from the real estate industry came together to celebrate and honor the best in the industry. The event took place in the event location of Cologne's Motorworld in the "4 Takt Hangar".
The immobilienmanager Award, initiated by the magazine immobilienmanager from the Rudolf Müller Media Group, has established itself as one of the most coveted awards in the real estate industry since its founding in 2009. The awards, which are now presented in 15 categories, aim to spotlight outstanding real estate projects, innovative deals, excellent services, and leading figures in the industry.
Katharina Kleinfeldt, a new face, hosted this year's ceremony. She is already familiar to athletes and sports enthusiasts as a presenter on the TV channel Sport 1. Together with André Eberhard, editor-in-chief of immobilienmanager and chairman of the jury, they entertained the audience throughout the evening. The atmosphere in the hangar was electrifying when the winners of the various categories were announced, especially when it came to the close decision of the audience award.

The awards underline the real estate industry's importance for the entire economy and urban life. The immobilienmanager Award 2024 has again demonstrated how dynamic and multifaceted the real estate world is. The event was also an excellent platform for exchange and networking.
