I again attended the P5 Property Congress in Frankfurt this year in midsummer temperatures. After two years in Kap Europa, the P5 Property Congress 2025 took place for the first time in the PSD Bank Arena, the home ground of the regional league team FSV Frankfurt.
Where match analyses usually take place, this time, investment criteria, return expectations, and financing issues were discussed. The open stadium setting lent additional depth to the topics. Investment decisions are based on profound evaluations and, therefore, on qualification and trust.
I was, therefore, all the more pleased to meet two representatives of the HypZert certification unit at the P5 Congress. As I could not attend this year's HypZert annual conference in Hamburg, the conversation with Tanja Reiß (Managing Director) and Peggy Seehaus (Head of Marketing & Communication) was particularly interesting for me.
Both are currently attending various industry events to gather ideas for HypZert's 30th anniversary next year. A milestone for our profession. HypZert has established itself as the central authority for the qualification and certification of real estate appraisers in Germany, particularly in the banking sector.
I hold my HypZert F certification with conviction. It creates trust with banks, investors, and courts and demonstrates my commitment to the responsibility associated with reliable real estate valuations.
My thanks to the P5 team for the fresh approach to the event and to HypZert for the personal exchange.
