AS EXPECTED, the P5 Property Congress in Frankfurt this week was somewhat "out of the box" with speakers such as the Catholic religious priest Brother Paulus Terwitte or the outgoing Eintracht Frankfurt President Peter Fischer.
Perhaps it was just this unconventional program that created curiosity. In any case, the event was well attended. I was able to have many interesting conversations. That was the most important thing for me. I prefer to get a feeling from the market through personal exchange.
As someone who has his business in Frankfurt and lives there, I would like to highlight the meeting with Brother Paulus Terwitte. The Capuchin friar has hosted numerous TV shows on ethics and moral values. After over 25 years of work in Frankfurt, he is taking on new tasks in Munich. As a board member of the Franciscan Foundation, which stands up for the weakest of the weakest in our society, he was awarded the German Federal Cross of Merit.
I thank Brother Paul Terwitte for his work in Frankfurt and, of course, our personal conversation about values, ethics and leadership.
