From the Frankfurt MesseTurm, it is time to say goodbye to the Christmas holidays. A challenging year is ending for the construction and real estate industry. Christmas is considered the most contemplative time of the year—the perfect time to pause and recharge your batteries.
The past two years have brought numerous challenges that have certainly challenged all of us in the industry. Nevertheless, I confidently look forward to the coming year 2025 - with some opportunities for us all!
