This week, the Urban Land Institute (ULI) offered me the opportunity to visit the FRAMES office building on Hanauer Landstraße in Frankfurt's Ostend district. Although the interior work is not yet complete, the building already makes a convincing impression.
A striking façade design, high-quality materials, and modern building technology characterize the Indigo Invest Group property. Floor-to-ceiling windows that can be opened, energy-active floors with heating and cooling functions, and flexible floor layouts create ideal conditions for future-oriented working environments. The proportion of common areas is only about 7%. The aim is to achieve DGNB Platinum and WiredScore certification.
A special highlight is the roof terrace with a view of the Frankfurt skyline. The ideal place to end the evening.
Many thanks to the Urban Land Institute (ULI) for the organization and to Indigo Invest for the exciting insights into the architecture, technology, and concept of the project.
The architects are holger meyer architektur from Frankfurt.
