DVFA summer reception in Frankfurt

This week, the Society of Investment Professionals in Germany (DVFA) organized a summer reception for us members in Frankfurt. The professional association defines professional standards for investment professionals and commits its members to a binding code of conduct. Institutional property issues are specifically addressed via the Real Estate Commission.


The members' meeting confirmed the Executive Board headed by Chairman Thorsten Müller prior to the summer party.


A highlight of the evening was the presentation of the DVFA Journalist Award 'Responsibility in the Capital Market':


1st place: Maren Jensen, Manager Magazin - 'World index or cheating - that's what the MSCI World is good for'

2nd place: Yves Bellinghausen, brand eins - 'The eco-series founder'

3rd place: Julia Groth, WirtschaftsWoche - 'The last trading center'


The DVFA honored articles that communicate complex capital market topics in a well-founded and understandable way.


Congratulations to the award winners.


The rest of the evening was dedicated to personal dialogue.
