The German Association for Financial Analysis and Asset Management (DVFA), in cooperation with the IREBS International Real Estate Business School at the University of Regensburg, hosted the DVFA Real Estate Forum for the 18th time this week.
Topic: Value illusion and price bubbles? - Perspectives for real estate investments in the competition between asset classes
The DVFA Real Estate Commission is chaired by Prof. Dr. Sven Bienert (IREBS).
The event occurred at the Flemings Selection Hotel at the Eschenheimer Turm in Frankfurt. The industry press was represented by Immobilien Zeitung and Thomas Daily, among others.
The event's highlight was certainly the keynote speech by Jochen Schenk, CEO of Real I.S. AG, "What makes multi-asset investors tick?".
This was followed by a panel in which the moderator Prof. Dr. Matthias Thomas (Caerus Debt Investments AG) discussed multi-asset and global asset allocations with Jochen Schenk (Real I.S. AG), Dr. Anton Buchhart (Barmenia Insurance Group), Martin Thiel (CFO TAG Immobilien AG), Gerhard Lehner (Managing Director Savills Investment Management Germany) and Dr. Karim Rochdi (Managing Partner Aventos Management GmbH).
It was informative, with valuable insights and many other exciting presentations, panels, and speakers. There was no shortage of personal interaction between the participants during the breaks. A nice get-together rounded off the evening after the program of the day event.
