2. United Real Estate Summerbreeze in Frankfurt

Another summer evening on one of Frankfurt's famous terraces. This time at the commercial law firm ADVANT Beiten. The four real estate associations, Society of Property Researchers, Germany (gif), Urban Land Institute (ULI), German Property Federation (ZIA), and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), invited guests to the second United Real Estate Summerbreeze.


Frankfurt once again proved to be the central meeting place for the German real estate industry. Discussions across association and company boundaries remain indispensable. In phases with few transactions, personal exchange is all the more critical. The real estate industry is and remains a personal industry. When markets are reorganizing, there is no substitute for personal dialogue. Evenings like this provide impetus.


I want to thank the organizing associations, the host ADVANT Beiten and all the discussion partners for the open dialogue.

We use the website building system of Wix HQ, 6350671, Nemal Tel Aviv St 40, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel ("Wix") for the purpose of hosting and displaying the website based on processing on our behalf. All data collected on our website is processed on Wix's servers. As part of the aforementioned services provided by Wix, data may also be transferred to Wix Inc., 500 Terry A. Francois Boulevard, San Francisco, California 94158, USA, as part of further processing on our behalf. In the case of data transfer to Wix in Israel, the adequate level of data protection is guaranteed by an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
